To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. According to the Consumer Buying Act, you have 14 days to withdraw your order.
O N E & O T H E R guarantees a full refund of order/garment(s), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on), and that any labels or tags should be intact. The return shipping fee is not covered. By using the following link to register return, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse as this service is traceable and insured. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, in case you consider using other shipping options.

You can place a new order if you would like a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund. Returns will normally take 3-7 working days to get back to our warehouse, refunds thereafter processed within 2-3 workdays. During holiday seasons, process might be slower. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed. Please take care that any returned goods is packed original box/bag, or in box/bag suitable for safe shipping of the content. Your return will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date it arrived at the post office.
Receiving a refund: Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, or as store credit if the 14 days deadline is not met. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returns on sales items will not be refunded, but we offer store credit to be used in our web shop. Contact us if any questions.
Complaints & guarantee: if the item you have received is faulty or defective, please notify us promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns). OO N E & O T H E R will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights. If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, O N E & O T H E Rabides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form.
